Rangers Rebound With Big Win vs. Flyers

A night after coach Alain Vigneault called out his team for their effort in the loss to the Sabresthe Rangers responded with a resounding effort against one of their chief division rivals.

Kevin Hayes scored twice and Michael Grabner tallied three points, as the Blueshirts bounced back with a 5-2 victory over the Flyers Wednesday night in Philadelphia.

Vigneault reunited the Hayes-Grabner-J.T. Miller line and the trio came up huge with a combined seven points.

Henrik Lundqvist was stellar in goal, making 30 saves on 32 Flyer shots.

The Rangers are back on MSG Networks Saturday against the red-hot Columbus Blue Jackets. Live coverage gets under way at 6:30 PM on MSG2.
