1 Welcome (Back) to Atlanta

Tim Hardaway Jr. returns to the Atlanta for the first time since signing as a free agent with Knicks in the offseason. Hardaway is fresh off a career-high 38-point performance in the Knicks’ comeback win over the Raptors.

In 130 career games with the Hawks, Hardaway averaged 11.3 points per game. This season, Hardaway is averaging 18.4 points per game and 20.6 points per game in the month of November.

2 Double Trouble

We all know Kristaps Porzingis can score the basketball, but the “Unicorn” is starting to round into more of an all-around player. Porzingis recorded his third double-double of the season Wednesday against Toronto with 22 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks.

3 Game of Boards

The Knicks are in the top half of the NBA in terms of rebounding this season. New York averages 45.1 boards per game, good for 10th in the league. In contrast, the Hawks are averaging 40.9 rebounds and are ranked 26th.

4 Defend the 3!

One area the Hawks do excel at is the three-point shot. Atlanta is ranked third in the NBA in three-point percentage this season (38.8%)
