1 First Things First

This marks the first matchup between New York and Toronto this season.

Last season, the Isles went 2-1-0 against the Leafs, winning both matchups in Brooklyn and losing once in Toronto.

2 Greiss Gets the Nod

Thomas Greiss will likely start in goal to finish the back-to-back, where New York was handed a 4-1 defeat to the Panthers on Tuesday.

In his last start in net, Greiss made a career-high 52 saves against the Canadiens in a 5-4 win.

3 Prince to IR, Ladd Activated

Andrew Ladd has been activated. But with no morning skate, his return to the lineup will not be confirmed until warm-ups tonight.

It seems likely for Ladd to return tonight from his upper-body injury.

4 Bailey's Season

Josh Bailey has tallied 43 assists so far this year.

All those helpers already match a career-high for Bailey as he becomes the second Isles winger since Mike Bossy to record multiple 43-assist seasons.
