1 D-Up

Jeff Hornacek addresses the media following a tough loss to the Lakers at Staples Center.

The Knicks defense has struggled of late and it came to a head Sunday, as they allowed a season-high 127 points in a loss to the Lakers.

The task doesn’t get any easier tonight as the Warriors are averaging an NBA-leading 115.8 points per game.

2 Trainer's Room

The Knicks frontcourt will be severely shorthanded tonight.

Kristaps Porzingis will not play after twisting his left knee trying to block a shot in practice Monday, while Kyle O’Quinn is out with left calf contusion.

3 Angry Warriors

There’s never a good time to play the Warriors, but they’re especially hard to handle coming off a loss (which they did Saturday in Houston).

Golden State has followed up their nine previous losses this season with a win each time, averaging a 17.9-point average margin of victory.

4 No Love Lost

Enes Kanter is never afraid to mix it up, both on and off the court, and the Warriors are one of his many feuds.

Kanter has been outspoken on both social media and on-camera in his support of the Thunder, his former team, in their quest to dethrone the Warriors.

We’ll see if any of those words spill out on the court tonight.
