Former MSG Networks broadcaster and Devil John MacLean was hired as an assistant coach by the Coyotes this summer. Johnny Mac spent three seasons on Devils telecasts and had 701 points (347 goals, 354 assists) with the Devils and was a member of the 1995 Stabley Cup-winning team.
