1 Keep the Streak

The Islanders have yet to go consecutive games without a point this season.

After losing Friday against Ottawa, that streak will be put to the test tonight.

2 Goals Galore

Despite suffering their first regulation loss on home ice Friday, offense was not the issue for the Isles.

They scored five goals and remain the highest scoring team in the NHL, averaging 3.72 goals per game.

3 Change In Net

Jaroslav Halak will be in net tonight.

Halak saved 15 of 16 shots he faced in relief of Thomas Greiss Friday and is 2-1-0 with a 1.64 GAA in his previous three outings.

4 Seeing a Familiar Face

Tonight will be the first time Jack Capuano faces his former team. Capuano served as the Islanders bench boss from 2010-17, leading the team to a 227-192-64 record.

He was hired this offseason by the Panthers to serve as an associate coach on Bob Boughner’s staff.

5 Mr. 100

Andres Lee has scored in three straight games, giving him 99 for his career.

Is tonight the night he scores No. 100?
