1 Visiting An Old Friend

Brady Skjei, Alain Vigneault, and Henrik Lundqvist have nothing but praise and well wishes for their former teammate Dan Girardi ahead of their first time facing the former Blueshirt.

The Rangers will face ex-teammate Dan Girardi for the first time since his departure during the offseason tonight. Girardi spent the first 11 years of his NHL career on Broadway, recording 230 points (46 goals, 184 assists) in 788 games.

The veteran defenseman has had a solid start in Tampa and is sporting a plus-4 rating through 13 games this season.

2 Dynamic Duo

The Lightning is the best team in the Eastern Conference … thanks to some dynamic offensive players.

After suffering through an injury-plagued season last year, Steven Stamkos has returned to the lineup with a vengeance. The Lightning captain leads the NHL with 24 points (6 goals, 18 assists) in 13 games. He’s joined by Nikita Kucherov, who has been a lethal goal-scorer this season. The 24-year-old leads the NHL with 13 goals in 13 games this season.

3 Mika Magic

Mika Zibanejad was the hero the last time the Rangers were in Tampa. The Blueshirts’ center scored the only goal in New York’s 1-0 win back on March 6.

Zibanejad has been a force as the team’s No. 1 center this season and leads the team with eight goals.

4 You Down With KZB?

The reunited “KZB” line (Chris Kreider, Zibanejad and Pavel Buchnevich) had themselves a night to remember in the Rangers’ win over the Golden Knights on Tuesday. The line combined for six points (three goals, three assists) against Vegas.

5 November To Remember?

The Rangers lead the NHL in wins in November since the start of 2005-06 season, recording 93 during that time span.
