MSG Networks Announces 2019-20 New York Islanders Telecast Schedule
MSG Networks to Telecast 80 Regular Season Games and 3 Preseason Games
Every Islanders Game, Pregame and Postgame Show Airing on MSG Networks to Stream on MSG GO

New York, NY (September 13, 2019) – MSG Networks, the television home of the New York Islanders, today announced the team’s telecast schedule for the upcoming season, which will include a total of 80 regular season games and 3 preseason games. The first telecast will take place on Tuesday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m. on MSG+, when the Islanders return to the ice at Nassau Coliseum for a preseason matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. They team kicks-off their 2019-20 regular season versus the Washington Capitals at Nassau Coliseum on Friday, October 4th, with coverage getting underway at 6:30pm on MSG+.

All preseason and regular season games airing on MSG Networks, in addition to the network’s pregame and postgame coverage, will also be available on MSG GO, MSG Networks’ live streaming and video on demand platform for smartphones, tablets and computers.

Islanders legend and four-time Stanley Cup Champion Butch Goring returns for his tenth season as in-game analyst, alongside play-by-play announcer Brendan Burke, who returns for his fourth season in the booth. Shannon Hogan, now in her sixth season as the team’s pregame, intermission and postgame host, will again be joined on the broadcasts by decorated Olympians AJ Mleczko and Jennifer Botterill. Mleczko and Botterill will each work select games throughout the year, contributing to both the network’s studio coverage, as well as providing in-game analysis between the benches.

Islanders game telecasts, presented by Geico, will be preceded by the 30-minute pregame show and immediately followed by the “Mercedes-Benz Islanders Postgame Show”.

MSG Networks’ complete Islanders telecast schedule is below, which will include 28 regular season home games at Nassau Coliseum and 13 regular season home games at Barclays Center.
